El cartucho de filtro Melt Blown se fusiona y se entrelaza con resina de polipropileno sin ningún tipo de pegamento químico. Los cartuchos se unen térmicamente al azar para formar microporos 3D que harán que el cartucho tenga 3 capas con fibras finas en la superficie y fibras gruesas y filtración profunda. Como la fibra y la densidad forman un índice de filtración alto y una capacidad de retención de contaminantes en el diámetro del cartucho del filtro, una caída de presión baja, una estructura de filtración profunda que cambia gradualmente con una capacidad de retención de contaminantes fuerte en el exterior suelto y en el interior cerrado, puede eliminar los contaminantes de manera efectiva, como la sustancia suspendida. , partículas y óxido, proporcionando una filtración eficiente y una larga vida útil.
